Founded by Dani Coulter, Friday Gardens (formerly Collecting Flowers) is a Design/Build Landscape Design Studio operating out of San Francisco, California since 2017.  Over the last several years, we have had the utmost pleasure to design and install dozens of outdoor spaces throughout California - from hidden hillside bungalows in Marin County to rural ranches in the Santa Monica Mountains.  

Every garden is an opportunity to do what we truly love; connecting with nature, and providing a space for others to do so as well.  We believe Mother Nature cannot be topped in terms of design, and we try to honor that philosophy by designing spaces in which native plants and natural building materials coincide harmoniously, and emphasize a timeless and lived-in feel.  We want our gardens to be a natural extension of your home, and to be as comfortable and exciting as your family’s favorite indoor space - usable and inviting year round, and ideally for generations.

While principled in our philosophy, a garden should always be a place of joy, and be created with that energy and mindset. Our business, like our favorite gardens, continues to grow and evolve over the years, with new coworkers, colleagues and friends alike joining our collective family.
